The breakfast selection was varied and enjoyable. Onsite ski hire, lift passes, and a children's club were available. The pool area was quiet during the day. The hotel had wheelchair accessibility.
Felt very comfortable, nothing to complain about.

Friendly staff, high functional services
Low season overstaff did not do other (maintenance) work=more money for the value. Endless mono or bicolor corridors with high "The Shining" feeling. While visiting at a low season, they should serve the guests rooms closer to the center facilities, saving the shining hikes for volonters.

Annoyed that we were charged €62 on arrival due to a small print requirement. We were ignored when neither of the 4 of us wanted to join the sports club

Excellent location right by the slopes, perfect for skiing enthusiasts. Convenient ski hire and boot room facilities. Great value for money, especially the breakfast options. Spacious flats suitable for a family of four, with a comfortable sofa bed. Friendly and entertaining animation team during skiing and apres ski.
Felt welcomed, no reason to complain.

Breakfast. You book it from Booked.net, but it's not really a hotel, most of the stuff that you would find in a hotel room like a mini-bar, slippers, etc. doesn't exist but the rooms are quite ok anyway.

had an amazing time skiing in Sestriere at a well-located resort with ski equipment hire on site, close to the lifts and gondola. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating.
Noisy corridors, could hear everything.

Clean and cheap - nothing fancy but good value for money.
Not much character - it felt like being in a school camp.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was quite convenient, especially for families with kids. It was excellent for skiing, with ski equipment hire on site and easy walking distance to the lift and gondola. The ski school was right outside, with a chair lift, gondola, and carpet all next to it. The service was impeccable - the staff worked their socks off to make sure everyone had a table at the restaurant and were always friendly and efficient. The facilities were top-notch, with a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and even a spa center. The room amenities were excellent as well, with a mini-bar, balcony, sitting area, and a flat-screen TV.
The breakfast area could get chaotic at times, with aggressive reallocations of tables and a stampede for food. It would be better if the staff had a more organized approach.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the slopes and ski hire options. The view from the balcony was also nice. During Christmas, the hotel offered some festive decorations and activities which was a nice touch.
The hotel seemed outdated with worn and old furnishings. The bathroom was uncomfortable and had a strong odor.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the slopes and ski school. The hotel also had its own ski rental shop, making it incredibly convenient for us to gear up and hit the slopes. The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining all the amenities and services available to us. The rooms were spacious and clean, with stunning views of the mountains from our balcony. We also appreciated the excellent housekeeping service and the comfortable beds. this hotel provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services, making our ski holiday truly enjoyable.
